• A decrease in overwhelm
• A renewed sense of steadiness and direction
As the body relaxes into safety, emotions that have been held within the system may gently surface for processing. This can present as tears, trembling or waves of sensation. For some, the experience remains deeply peaceful; for others, emotional release may arise over time.
This work unfolds in a way that feels safe and natural for you. Nothing is forced. The body releases only when it is ready.
Each session is individually guided and fully contained, ensuring emotional safety, integration and respect for your personal experience.
